1972 - the company establishment. High frequency diodes and transistor manufacturing.
1978-1980 - the main production blocks, "clear rooms" for high level chip manufacturing construction and launching.  
1980 - the establishment of its own designing institute.
1985 - the leading the entry in the list of 30 leading optoelectronic companies of the USSR.
1992 - the company transformation into Joint Stock Company.
1993 -1997 - designing, development and serial production of new types of devices: super bright LEDs and LED chips, solid state relays of different power, finished devices.
2001 - the leading manufacturer of optoelectronic devices in Russia and CIS.
2004 - ISO 9001:2000 certification.
2007 - the repeated certification of production, the investment increase in designing and engineering of new devices and technologies.
2009 - development of LED illuminating devices for exterior and interior lighting.
2010 - significant supplies to spaceport Plesetsk, Sochi olympic objects, other important objects.
2011 - planning of joint business organization in Republic of Tadjikistan.
